If it is still under warranty then report it to optoma.com and send it back for repair. I believe optoma responds quickly to such problems. If it occurs again, demand for a replacement, If the warranty is already expired and think that you can manage maybe a tip form “shyamprocom” might help.

it needs a good service .all that needs to be done is open the top cover, the main board , clean all the dust possible.there is a glass dlp , clean it with a soft cloth ( like the one used to clean specks).on refiiting the main board make sure to firmly press the 100 pin black connector on the dlp board engine.this is the cause of the vertical flashy line
once repacked start the unit.it should work fine!!!!
